The ISPOR Global Health Care Systems Road Map
The ISPOR Global Health Care Systems Road Map (ISPOR Road Map) provides information on country/region-specific decision-making processes for regulatory (market access) approval, reimbursement and economic evaluations of pharmaceuticals and medical devices and diagnostics.Each road map contains
- a.) background information on the country/region health care system;
- b.) a brief description of the health care decision makers and influencers;
- c.) a description of the regulatory (market access), reimbursement and pricing processes;
- d.) a decision makers and decision-making processes diagram;
- e.) data requirements including HTA; and
- f.) useful resources.
The ISPOR Road Maps are validated by experts prior to publication and updated often to keep abreast of changes in each country/region. This research tool is beneficial for health care decision makers, educators, payers, researchers, students, and those interested in health care policy.
